We suggest that your investigators bring the following items:
1. respirator/mask
Two of the buildings are very old with dust and mold.
2. Boots/warm clothing
3. Bug spray
4. First Aid Kit
5. Gloves
Some areas are very dirty with bird droppings
6. Don't forget your flashlights! It's going to be very dark!
7. Bring chairs if you need to sit down there will be no place to sit for break.
WARNING! one of the buildings is very dangerous
Also please make sure to edit out the names of the individual wineries in the main lobby.
They do not want their winery names to be filmed.

Judy Raderchak, Regina Tellez, Paul Dale Roberts, Ann Olson-Dupire, Kevin Molohan, Josh Martin, Candice Nite, Brian Rude, Mark Poyadue.

Activity: Judy Raderchak interviewed many employees of the Old Sugar Mill and this is what they had to say: Lights go on and off on their own accord. Watches stop working. One employee believes there is a poltergeist in the women's bathroom, things get moved around. A odd giant moth was flying around in one of the open warehouses. No one had ever seen a moth so huge. A male apparition was seen walking from one area to another, it was a blackish dark figure. A floating woman apparition in a red dress was once seen.

I interviewed Marketing Manager Mary Tye. She tells me that she has worked at the Old Sugar Mill for 3 years and never experienced anything out of the ordinary. She tells me she is a skeptic. One person that Judy interviewed says that the strange sounds are of owls, bats, birds and the foundation of the building settling. We did witness the sounds of owls, birds and bats, plus the wind blowing through broken windows. There are many cats on the property too, which could cause banging sounds. We encountered one bird that was protecting her nest and she kept angrily chirping at us and was very well guarded.

Tbe building was built in 1935 and there are many places where the floors were rotted through.

During the investigation, some of the investigators heard footsteps, some of us saw shadow people. I believe I captured an EVP that says "I don't want to", when I asked the question: "Tell me who you are!"

Stories are that many people were involved in accidents at this mill and no reported deaths. But, extreme accidents can blast out negative energy into the atmosphere, causing residual haunting, where the event repeats itself over and over again. Many orbs were captured on film, but this can all be dust, since the place is very dusty.

When I left this investigation, Ann Olson-Dupire told me that they actually captured several EVPs. A further investigation is warranted.
