Date to be there: Feb 4 Saturday Time to be there: 9pm: Location to be at: North Airport Way, Stockton, CA - Contact Gabby Activity: House built in 1920s. Unusual vibrations felt in the house. Red dirt is thrown at the house, the mother has seen apparitions in her home.
Corinna Gross – HPI Researcher discovered the following information: The first family that lived at the house we are investigating were: Ralph & Mary Elena Sanuinetti. In 1938 James T and Pearl M. Wait moved into the home until 1970. James T. Wait died March 1, 2010. The house was then purchased by Nieves G and Angie Mendiola. After that, it was June and Stanley Fetsch Jr, followed by Silvester and Angie Ibarra, to the now current owner. According to the San Joaquin County recorders office the street was originally named North Central Way, Stockton, CA, but was changed around 1940 to adapt to the growing community.
HPI Paranormal Investigators present are: Marla Dorsey, Paul Dale Roberts – HPI General Manager; Corinna Gross – Researcher; Deanna Bailey – Senior Lead Investigator; Al 'Big Al' Rosatano; Jon Koyasako – Security; Karen Stanley; Kareen Peevyhouse – Senior Lead Investigator; Arriana Mejir; Rebecca Lorenzana.
Tonight Kareen Peevyhouse and Deanna Bailey are the Senior Lead Investigators, covering the back area of the house and the front area of the house. There is also a basement to explore in this old home. Kareen is already picking up on high EMF readings. High EMF readings can cause someone to feel nauseated, experiencing strange dreams and hallucinations. Kareen and Deanna are both equipped with walkie talkies, so both teams can communicate with each other and set the quiet period for obtaining EVPs.
FIRST INVESTIGATIVE SESSION EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
Team Cobra - Deanna's group did not obtain any EVPs and did not capture any anomalies in their photographs. Team Central Avenue - Kareen's group thought they had an EVP of a male breathing hard or saying Michael. The EVP is questionable and inconclusive. One of the investigators thought she captured a face in the mirror, but it was debunked as being the clock. This is an old home and mold was also discovered in the basement area. Various types of molds can cause nausea and hallucinations. There was some orb activity inside the home and outside of the home. Orbs are not a proof of the paranormal, unless you can show it has intelligent responses or deliberate movement.
CONCLUSION:
We discontinued the investigation, because all of the investigators were in agreement that due to the high EMF readings, it may be the source of the problems that this family is having. Usually when we go into a home that is truly having paranormal activity, we get results within the first 30 minutes. This home does not need a Catholic priest to bless the home, but probably needs a good electrician. There was EMF spikes all through the house. I truly believe what the family is experiencing is very real to them. My investigators came in and found the answer and explained it thoroughly to this family. We did not discover any ghosts throwing red dirt at the house, but we concluded if red dirt has been thrown at the house, it's probably neighborhood kids.
Today was a strange day, I must have received 25 phone calls coming in from Kentucky, Iowa, Florida, Georgia and even a call from Guam. The Paranormal Cellular Hotline was truly blowing up. One of the calls from a gentleman named Raymond from Arizona. Raymond says that he witnessed a cigar shaped UFO that must have been only a couple of miles above his truck. This occurred on January 4, 2012 at 1400 Hours while Raymond was traveling on Interstate 17. Raymond says that the cigar shaped UFO was at least the size of a football field. The full length of the UFO, he could see portals or windows. From the cigar shaped UFO, white stringy things was coming off the UFO. The UFO shot straight up into the sky and vanished. Some of the white stringy substance was on the road and when Raymond went to touch the white substance, it instantly dissolved. What Raymond is describing sounds a lot like ‘angel hair’. This experience has really shook up Raymond and during his lifetime he never believed in UFOs, but Raymond tells me that he now does. Raymond says: “we are not alone.”

HPI Paranormal Investigating Scout Marissa Aurora Elizabeth Selby brought her friends late at night into the haunted Wetlands and one of her friends saw something that freaked him out so bad, he left quickly.
