CLOSED! May 19, 2012 Saturday 11pm. PRIVATE INVESTIGATION AT BEERMAN’S IN LINCOLN. Radio and TV personality Lori Ann Schulz will be doing a pre-production show at Beerman’s.

Tonight the lead investigators are Shari Aresta and Jon Koyasako. We are investigating the 2nd and 3rd floors.
HISTORY:
History in regard to Beerman’s: Beerman’s was built in 1864. Order of the Odd Fellows (IOOF) was housed here. The first floor was occupied by local merchants and Beerman’s Meat Market flourished from 1909 to 1950. A 19th century grand piano on its own accord moved across the floor. The workers were astonished because in the evening, they placed this piano in one area of the ball room and the next morning it moved a good 50 feet. One of the former managers was cleaning up the shelves and saw a woman floating across the floor, some theorists believe it was the ghostly image of Gold Rush spider dancer Lola Montez. John Drust, owner of Beerman’s tells us that some patrons have seen a little girl apparition on the 2nd floor. I will call this apparition ‘The Playful Girl of Beermans’. Doors have opened and closed, the alarm will go off for no apparent reason. One patron explains that she was once thumped in the head and her cell phone turned on and moved across the bar.
FIRST INVESTIGATIVE SESSION EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
Jon thought he saw a shadow figure in the bathroom. Jon also heard voices in the kitchen. 4 EVPs were captured by Tammy, Nikki, Mark, Shari. Class A EVP that sounds like a raspy woman say ‘yes’. Mark captured an EVP, that sounds like a man saying his name Mark. I learned that one waitress once saw an apparition of a man walking into the bathroom. Nikki feels the little girl entity has the name of Elizabeth or Lizzie. One of the EVPs captured tonight, sounds like 'Lizzie' according to 3 investigators.
SECOND INVESTIGATIVE SESSION EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
We had to cut the investigation short, the staff wanted to go home and get some sleep, but it appears we obtained some more EVPs. We will analyze the EVPs to see if they are valid.
CONCLUSION:
I deem this establishment as being haunted. The EVPs support my decision.

We had karaoke, ghost hunting seminar, séance, ghost hunts on 1st floor and 2nd floor, dinner prepared by Ashlynn and Wendy Williams: chicken, noodles, rice, gravy. Evidence collected: orb photos and one EVP on first floor of a man talking twice on the recorder. Attempted to utilize Atheuth Paris/Remote Viewer for this investigation. I do love the remote viewing work, you have invited me to do with HPI. The next morning after you had called.. I did check out some of the pictures on their Facebook page for the Ione Hotel and felt a couple of things.. I felt like the stairs in the main lobby were important, I got the vision of a female spirit. Then I felt as though there was a storage area underneath, like perhaps a basement or a cellar where there as been activity of a gentleman spirit.. Of course I could be wrong, I didn't see any pictures on their Facebook page of a storage area, basement, or cellar.. It's just what I felt from the main lobby picture. Love you!! xoxoxo
PS. What is cool is I just now got another vision where the Ione Hotel is concerned.. I just got the vision of children playing in the upstairs hallway. They feel like they were the original builder owner of the hotels children.
