Location of the Investigation: Newcastle Inn - 525 Main Street, Newcastle, CA

Mike Antuzzi, the new owner of Newcastle Inn invited HPI to investigate his newly owned establishment. Newcastle Inn has plenty of history, I investigated this establishment a few years back and you can find that article here (Pioneer Ghost of Newcastle):

RENOVATING NEWCASTLE INN:
Mike is in the process of renovating Newcastle Inn. From what I saw, this place is going to be fantastic when it opens up for the public. There will be food, dancing, music, bands, etc. This place is going to rock Newcastle like never before! Mike has a vision and he is bringing it to fruitation! Go Mike!

I interviewed some of the patrons of this establishment and this is what they had to say.

Steve Byrne: Once he looked in the window from outside and saw a man sitting at the bar. The man looked right at him. He wanted to know who the man was and walked into the Newcastle Inn and to his astonishment, found no one around. The man was an older gentleman, heavy set with gray hair.

Riding with me was Randi Villanueva – Intuitive, picked her up at West Sacramento. When we arrived HPI Paranormal Investigators / Newcastle Validation Team members present are: Paul Dale Roberts, HPI Owner; Hood Paranormal from Carmichael, CA; many people from the public who heard about this investigation from a radio station and on Facebook; Nancy Garcia – Intuitive Coach; Melanie Ramos; Wendy Maxam – Videographer; Tina Mercado from Hood Paranormal; Larry Baty; Lisa Steele – Psychic; Alaceo ‘Big Al’ Rosatano – Lead Investigator – Back Up Videographer; Amanda Serafini, Brent George, Valerie Nave; Deanna Bailey – Lead Investigator; Shari Aresta – Lead Investigator; Kara Koyasako – Spiritual Songstress; Jon Koyasako – Lead Investigator – Security; Randi Villanueva - Intuitive.

Interview with Tom Cooney: Tom says that he worked with Gus, former owner and when he used to close up for the night at 3am or 4am, he would hear music, like the piano playing. He would hear people walking around, doors shutting on their own, money being placed at the bar.

When interviewing Colleen Matthews, she tells me she worked here for 1 year. She would hear the door closing, she witnessed the champagne bottle hovering mid-air and then later crashing to the floor. A non-paranormal event that would happen are the bats that would fly around the establishment. In 1986 a shot glass went across the bar by itself. The owner later tells us that this place was once a bordello and Nancy says that she feels the presence of 2 dominant male spirits. Special Note: There are various tunnels that run underneath this establishment and connect to other buildings in the town.

Tonight we have two areas to cover, the patio, back rooms and cellar. The other area is the top floor bar area and outside perimeters.

FIRST, SECOND & THIRD INVESTIGATIVE SESSION:
An investigator was holding a flashlight and the flashlight started vibrating in her hand and other investigators witnessed this. Investigators felt chills. With the spirit box, an investigator asks: ‘what is my name’ and it responds ‘tell me your name’. We captured an EVP that says ‘Victor’. Jon leads Team Nostromo. Big Al leads Team Amanda. Jon says that his team is getting a lot of orb photos. One investigator says that they saw a shadow person. Rachel, a scout may have taken a picture of a full body apparition. Some investigators are saying that their electronic equipment is shutting off for no apparent reason. An EVP with a female voice says ‘Tammy’. Big Al speaking various languages to the entities for the fun of it, gets a response, the entity says in a male voice: “I don’t know what you are saying.” An investigator asks: “Are you afraid when people are here”, the entity says: “yes we are afraid”. Captured an EVP that says ‘haaaaaa’.

Spending the night – lockdown are: (me) Paul Dale Roberts, Jon & Kara Koyasako, Deanna Bailey, Shari Aresta, Wendy Maxam. Special Note: I picked up Randi and brought her to this investigation and Brent is driving her back home. Randi acquired a severe headache. Perhaps the headache has something to do with the paranormal atmosphere. Anyway, thank you Brent for driving her home.

CONCLUSION:
This place is definitely haunted, with the multitude of EVP intelligent responses, how can you say that this place is not? Orb photos are questionable, unless you can prove 'intelligent movement'. Many investigators had their own personal experiences.

GOOD DAY SACRAMENTO:
At 6:45am - Sunday - Good Day Sacramento shows up and we told them the results of our investigation.

EXPERIENCES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT:
Non-Paranormal, I watched a bat swoop down on my sleeping investigators. Jon heard a dropping sound next to his sleeping bag. Jon watched the restroom door open slightly. I heard footsteps going up the stairs. I observed a white cloud move across the right opening on the main floor. Jon saw a darting moving shadow figure. Of course, Jon and I could not sleep at all this night. All night surveillance for Jon and I.

RANDI VILLANUEVA STORY
May 9, 2013, Thursday. Time of Meeting: 1800 Hours. Location of Meeting: McDonalds, 1700 W Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento. I felt like Sam Spade, private investigator waiting for my client. A client with a little girl voice. From what she told me on the phone, she was that damsel in distress and I – the paranormal gumshoe would try to sort things out. When the damsel in distress named Randi Villanueva showed up, I was astonished by her hypnotic eyes and enticing smile. Randi tells me that she feels she has several demons that follow her. A demon or demons followed her husband. The demons ruined their marriage and now they are separated, she is left without a husband and only has her 3 children in tow. The demons taunt her, tease her about her insecurities. One demon appeared as a spiky haired demon with green eyes. Another demon transformed his face many times over. The demons are mischievous and once when she was entering an apartment complex to see a friend, she walked into another dimension and found herself in another realm. She was in familiar surroundings, but something was not right and when she went to the apartment of her friend, it was inhabited by strange people. She never returned. The demons talk about placing cords inside her and are fascinated with her female parts. One time her breast plate felt like it was turned inside out and it was burning. The demons talk about rubbing her down, transforming her body. The demons are also interested in her body organs. Another demon she encountered was a woman with a white horn sticking out of her forehead. After hearing Randi’s story, I am giving her options of helping herself through this crisis and I will also assist her in anyway possible. Code: 6LPL455
