| Amy Manifests in Farrah By Paul Dale Roberts, HPI Esoteric Detective Halo Paranormal Investigations - HPI International https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/HPIinternational/Paranormal Hotline: (916) 203-7503 - 4 Advice & Investigations Email: pauld5606@comcast.netINVESTIGATION VIDEO BY DEANNA - VIDEOGRAPHER https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLKmWyZxoRyYmNP_RMDN5l9YrZBuXcV_dINITIAL REPORT Sept 6, 2014, Saturday; Time to be there: 1900 Hours. Address to be at: Sacramento, CA / Contact Person: Marie E. Davis - Mia Davis - Farah Davis / Activity: Pets affected and act strangely; occupant's hair pulled, she has been bitten, scratched. She beliefs the entity followed her from Wisconsin. She has been told that someone was killed in her home and buried in the backyard; her back gets rubbed by the entity; her daughter became possessed, black crow shows up in the living room; smell of rotten eggs resonates through the house; pets that they have owned have died suddenly. SPECIAL NOTE: Co-Owner Deanna Jaxine Stinson changed the name of HPI from Hegelianism Paranormal Intelligence to Halo Paranormal Investigations. I believe Hegelianism is a mouth full and too hard to pronounce. Deanna says it's too hard to spell and too hard to remember. PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS ROLL CALL: Paul Dale Roberts - Co-Owner; Deanna Jaxine Stinson - Sensitive / Technician - Co-Owner; Rod Engberson - Sensitive; Victoria Autumn - Security; Matt Evans - Ghosthunter-in-Training. Occupants: Marie E. Davis; Mia Davis and Farah Davis. This was one amazing night! Maria Davis' daughter Farah became possessed with an entity that identifies itself as 'Amy'. Farah is a quiet subdued young lady, but when the entity that calls itself Amy takes control of her mind, body and soul, her whole personality changes and she becomes somewhat aggressive. On this night, I will conduct a Roman Catholic house blessing and a Baptist full submersion baptism on Farah. When Farah becomes possessed her eyes become coal black and all of the white in her eyes are gone. When I conducted a blessing of the house, one of the dogs gave a blood curdling howl that shook up all of the investigators. When I was preparing the baptism of Farah and held the cross on top of her head, a blue light shown on her head. This could be seen with 3 cameras. Deanna, Rod and Matt could see the blue light on top of her head, during the time she was shaking. Farah was shaking because the entity named Amy was trying to control her mind, body and soul. As I touched Farah on her shoulders, I felt an electrical surge go through my hands and arms. Strange things started happening in this home instantly. Rod and Deanna that seem to have a psychic connection together, started to feel odd happenings in the back bedroom, which is considered one of the hotspots of the home. Rod felt a tugging on his eye, Deanna felt a strong presence, a heaviness in the room. Matt, who may be a sensitive felt a presence in the living room at some point of time. Deanna was pumped up for this investigation after she drank her Talon Blood Punch. Deanna continuing to do her walk through with Rodney felt chills go up and down her body. Rodney felt various sensations on his body and was acquiring the same chills as Deanna. Deanna also felt protection in various areas of the house, where there were crosses placed. There were 3 crosses placed on the backyard fence. Maria tells a frightening story as she talks about Farah being possessed and talking in foreign tongues. She mentions how Farah goes into seizures during the possession. When Farah had mind splitting headaches, they took her to the hospital and MRI scans showed nothing unusual. Maria could not understand how Farah, a quiet reserved young lady could transform to a more aggressive Amy. This Amy is 'loud and in your face'. THE EVIDENCE: While no EVPs were captured, we did have some unusual personal experiences as mentioned above. Matt saw 2 crystal orbs with the naked eye. I felt the electrical surge go from my hands to my arms. While I held the cross on top of Farah's head, an orb appeared on her hand. Deanna and Rod felt chills at the very same time. Strange blue lights were seen after the baptism and house blessing by other investigators. Some recorders were left recording, so with later analysis we may have captured some EVPs, so look for a follow-up on this. Another interesting note is that one of Maria's daughters drew what she saw. In one drawing it resembles the fictional Slender Man or could it be a shadow person? In another drawing, it looks like the entity known as The Jester, but Maria says that it's actually a drawing of her, with a shadowy creature behind her. SPECIAL NOTE: MARIA AND MIA DAVIS have joined HPI International as new investigators. Maria is able to conduct metaphysical cleansings. BELOW ARE HPI UPDATES, NEWS AND GOSSIP! My colleague Larry Eissler has a few paranormal theories and in this article, I will share his enlightening theories. Take it away Larry. Theory 5: The Bar Atmosphere
This theory was first thought of by Dan Norvell, founder of Small Town Paranormal Illinois, after experiencing a similar situation on a case. When he first brought it to my attention, he was sure of the theory... he just needed a way to make it work and a way to explain it scientifically... basically what all the rest of our theories were like.
First off, the theory says this: The majority of hauntings in bars, taverns, and pubs are that of residual hauntings.
Now, as much as we'd like to find scientific proof for this theory, the majority of our evidence is going to come from personal experience and common knowledge. Our theory revolves around emotional deposits left by men who drown their sorrows at the local bar. Their situations may different, but their reasoning for being there is always the same. Wife left me, wife is cheating on me, death of a family member, depression, etc etc etc. Now, as this gentleman sits on his stool pouring alcohol into himself, he deposits the grief and heartache he feels into the environment of the bar. Now, from here the theory can split into two different directions, the first direction is those who drown their sorrows everyday after work.
Everyday as "Joe Schmo" visits the corner bar, complaining about how stale his marriage has been, the love life, bills, his job, and his kids. Now, spending a few hours there a night, if you think about the potential for negative energy, it's actually fairly decent. Depending on how bad the night is will determine the level of energy left behind, but we can easily agree that there's going to be SOME energy left. Now, little bits of energy left daily over the course of a year, two years, or for some people 10 years, will add up to a large amount of negative energy that may have been deposited into the bar atmosphere. Now, imagine multiple people experiencing the same situations depositing their negativity on a daily basis, how long will it take the bar to start experiencing paranormal activity? Now, according to Wikipedia, a Residual Haunting is: residual hauntings , also known as restligeists (German loan word from restlich meaning "residual" and geist meaning "ghost"), are repeated playbacks of auditory, visual, olfactory, and other sensory phenomena that are attributed to a traumatic event, life-altering event, or a routine event of a person or place, like an echo or a replay of a videotape of past events.
The key words for this theory in that definition are:
phenomena that are attributed to a traumatic event, life-altering event, or a routine event of a person or place
Joe Schmo's situation fits all three definitions, wife cheating on him is a traumatic event, wife leaving him is both traumatic and life-altering, and visiting the bar in itself everyday is a routine event. Now, the definition doesn't state that the host of the energy needs to have passed away (A theory for another time, we promise), and this theory is going to rely on that mind set... that Joe Schmo still lives but left his energy behind. Eventually, Joe Schmo will either A: Move to another bar. B: Resolve his problems. C: Quit Drinking. or D: Eventually pass away. This first half, we'll say Joe has done one of the first 3... Joe Schmo resolved his problems and quit drinking. The energy is no longer deposited by Joe and the event will continue to play its echo until someone comes in to disperse the energy. This is the event we record. Now, will Joe return to the bar after he dies... we cant say for sure. If he did, would that make the haunting an intellectual one?
Well, that's the second half of the theory. Joe Schmo is drinking at the bar because his wife is leaving him for another man. The whole time he's sipping his whiskey he plans to take his own life that night. Suicidal thoughts on their own create IMMENSE negative emotional energy, more so from people who actually intend on completing the deed as opposed to those who attempt. (Suicide statistics: http://www.suicide.org/suicide-statistics.html ). Joe goes home and fulfills the deed, where does Joe go? Does Joe return to the bar to replace his emotional imprint? Does he return to the bar and exist as an intelligent spirit surrounded by his own emotional imprint? These are questions we're currently not able to answer, but based on evidence and prior experiences, we've captured both intelligent and residual hauntings in bars.. we think that these spirits are able to coexist with their imprints. Say the bar changes ownership a few times, new clientèle, new bartenders, new stools and other furniture. No one frequenting the new bar would recognize Joe's imprint as he goes about his own thing, but Joe as the intelligent spirit could make enough communication to make himself know. Eventually the activity is categorized as two separate events and is dealt with accordingly.
One thing we'd like to add to this theory (posted 4am 09/28/2010 and revised 12pm 09/28/2010) is the potential for the spirits to react to the activity present in the bar. The normal bar atmosphere may in one way or another act as an Era Que to draw out paranormal activity. Three possible scenarios would be, A: The spirit returns to the bar because that atmosphere is his "home". B: The Era Que activates the residual haunting at a certain time of night... for example "Happy Hour". Or C: The intellectual spirit uses the Era Que to manifest itself and interact intelligently with the bar patrons. Now, all of these scenarios are based on the presumption that you believe the Era Ques Theory (One we'll theorize about later) is true and the results recorded from it are real.
Many people who read this note have experienced similar situations as these or will experience them in their lifetime. So we'll leave you to wonder this, if you've ever sat in a bar one night sipping on your whiskey sour, do you think somewhere there could be an emotional imprint of yourself? If you investigate your favorite bar, are you investigating an imprint you yourself have left? We'd love to hear thoughts on this theory and the questions asked in it, please leave comments below and we'll respond to them as quickly as possible.

Theory 6: Natural Residual Hauntings
by Northern Illinois Paranormal Research Team on Tuesday, 28 September 2010 at 11:44
This theory is something that Dan Norvell and I have talked about recently and thought that we would share it with our fans for their take. Please keep in mind, this a theory based on scientific facts based on the paranormal, and although we are open to the opinions of others we kindly ask to keep everything constructive.
Theory 6: Natural Residual Hauntings
This theory was first thought of by myself, Larry Eissler founder of Northern Illinois Paranormal, after considering how residual hauntings are recorded into environments. As we all know Limestone, Quartz, and Magnetite are naturally occurring paranormal buffets, they store energy within it that the spirits can use to their liking. These thoughts have gone back and forth between Dan Norvell of Small Town Paranormal Illinois and myself for some time now, and we'd like to share them.
The Wikipedia definition of Limestone is:
Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed largely of the mineral calcite (calcium carbonate: CaCO3). Like most other sedimentary rocks, limestones are composed of grains; however, most grains in limestone are skeletal fragments of marine organisms such as coral or foraminifera.
The solubility of limestone in water and weak acid solutions leads to karst landscapes. Regions overlying limestone bedrock tend to have fewer visible groundwater sources (ponds and streams), as surface water easily drains downward through joints in the limestone. While draining, water and organic acid from the soil slowly (over thousands or millions of years) enlarges these cracks; dissolving the calcium-carbonate and carrying it away in solution. Most cave systems are through limestone bedrock.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limestone
From what I can see here, I do not believe that Limestone can generate a residual haunting because Limestone is mainly made up of organic matter. When looking at Limestone there is a lot of physical information you may get from it, but there is no sign that Limestone can hold any type of light energy. The release mechanism is there, because Limestone reacts to hydrochloric acid, but do to what Limestone is made up of I don’t think that it is possible. Now, yes we've all heard that Limestone is a huge factor in paranormal activity, but scientifically it would lack the ability to store energy and its impossible to tell what the natural Limestone is mixed with without taking core samples.
The second mineral is Quartz, described by Wikipedia as:
Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in the Earth's continental crust, after feldspar. It is made up of a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon–oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall formula SiO2.
There are many different varieties of quartz, several of which are semi-precious gemstones. Especially in Europe and the Middle East, varieties of quartz have been since antiquity the most commonly used minerals in the making of jewelry and hardstone carvings.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz
Quartz has the properties to possible generate a residual haunting. Quartz is a basic transmitter for radio, television and radar. An interesting thing about quartz also is that doubly terminated quartz crystals are often found in Limestone cavities. So it may be possible that people thought that it was Limestone that was creating a residual haunting when it could have been quartz that was really causing it to happen. Which helps tie into the Limestone explanation above.
The last mineral, Magnetite, is best described by Wikipedia as:
Magnetite is a ferrimagnetic mineral with chemical formula Fe3O4, one of several iron oxides and a member of the spinel group. Magnetite is the most magnetic of all the naturally occurring minerals on Earth.[4] Naturally magnetized pieces of magnetite, called lodestone, will attract small pieces of iron, and this was how ancient people first discovered the property of magnetism. Lodestone was used as an early form of magnetic compass. Magnetite typically carries the dominant magnetic signature in rocks, and so it has been a critical tool in paleomagnetism, a science important in discovering and understanding plate tectonics and as historic data for magnetohydrodynamics and other scientific fields. The relationships between magnetite and other iron-rich oxide minerals such asilmenite, hematite, and ulvospinel have been much studied, as the complicated reactions between these minerals and oxygen influence how and when magnetite preserves records of the Earth's magnetic field.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetite
Touching just on the magnetism, magnetic fields are one of the staples of paranormal energy... often one of the most scientific ways of recoding activity. There are a few theories that are based around magnetism:
One of the theories is that when a ghost/spirit manifests it will alter the magnetic field around that area. Another theory is that if there is a high magnetic field around, the ghost/spirit can draw in the energy from the magnetic field using the energy to manifest. The theory that magnetite can generate a residual haunting isn’t as far fetched as it may seem. There is no way to test to see if a magnetic field holds any kind of past events in them, but we do know that high magnetic field have a lot of energy in them and magnetite would have no issues affecting that energy.
Everything has energy, different amounts of energy but everything has it. Emotions are powerful as they are driven by intent and strong emotions such as violence, angst, dread, and sorrow are often replayed as residual hauntings or echoes. Keeping that in mind, if there is any truth behind the theory that Limestone, Magnetite, and Quartz can generate a residual haunting, its our opinion that Quartz and Magnetite best fit that theory. Although it is widely suspected that Limestone also is able to manifest and increase paranormal activity, based on scientific fact it appears that other elements, such as Quartz, may be the reasoning behind that concept.
Many people who read this note have experienced similar situations where natural elements remained a playing factor in their investigations. So we'll leave you to wonder this, is it possible that if your location was full of Limestone, could it have also been full of Quartz? Do we automatically assume that Limestone is the contributing factor, or are we open to the idea that it isn't Limestone but Quartz or Magnetite instead? We'd love to hear thoughts on this theory and the questions asked in it, please leave comments below and we'll respond to them as quickly as possible. ~ Larry
Theory 7: The Stone Tape Theory
by Northern Illinois Paranormal Research Team on Tuesday, 28 September 2010 at 11:49
This theory is something that Dan Norvell and I have talked about recently and thought that we would share it with our fans for their take. Please keep in mind, this a theory based on scientific facts based on the paranormal, and although we are open to the opinions of others we kindly ask to keep everything constructive.
Theory 7: The Stone Tape Theory
This theory has been theorized and tested by paranormal groups around the world, and although each and every theory has very different characteristics, they each have ultimately the same goal and outcome. This theory focuses around Quartz, Magnetic stones, and iron/steel, and as we all know Quartz and Magnetite (a magnetic stone) are naturally occurring paranormal residual recording stones (theory 6), they store energy within it that the spirits can use to their liking. Iron and steel are both conductive metals, are components in audio recording devices (tape and digital), Iron is naturally occurring, Steel is a natural and man made byproduct of iron and carbon, and the combination of the two result in Rust, which has its own special properties. These thoughts have gone back and forth between Dan Norvell of Small Town Paranormal Illinois and myself for some time now, and we'd like to share them.
Wikipedia describes Quartz as:
Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in the Earth's continental crust, after feldspar. It is made up of a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon–oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall formula SiO2.
There are many different varieties of quartz, several of which are semi-precious gemstones. Especially in Europe and the Middle East, varieties of quartz have been since antiquity the most commonly used minerals in the making of jewelry and hardstone carvings.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz
Quartz is common in rock. We also learned in Theory 6 that Quartz can be located in cavities in Limestone, one of the most occurring natural stones. Quartz allows residual hauntings to manifest from the energy it stores, but the same could be said about Quartz recording the energy made by audible sound. It's being theorized that this Quartz stone storing the audio energy in it, much like it would with the residual haunting energy, would allow for an audio playback of whatever sound it ends up recording.
If you want another example of natural stones used in the Stone Tape Theory, we have Magnetite from Theory 6. Wikipedia defines Magnetite as:
One of the most popular places where this stone recording theory is put forth is the Gettysburg battle field. Gettysburg surface rock is red sandstone and a rock called diabase. You will find several ghost books that claim that the quartz in the rock has "captured" the energy of the battle. This idea may be enhanced by the fact that diabase contains magnetic minerals (much like Magnetite), yet the diabase itself has very little quartz in it.
Lastly, the final stone we'll mention in this theory is Iron ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron ) and the product it creates, Rust. Structures that are built from wood are usually fastened together with nails or screws. Fiberglass and metal buildings are subject to the same construction methods. The metal fasteners utilized to hold the structures together, such as ductile iron pipes, in time, will begin to oxidize. This oxidation is called rust, or iron oxide, and can potentially be named as the culprit in some instances of paranormal activity.
Audio recording tapes of the past used a ribbon of composite materials to record sounds coming from the microphone. In and amongst these materials were minuscule bits of iron oxide dust. The “iron dust” on the tape would be passed over the recording component of the tape recorder where it was electromagnetically charged by a source that originated at the microphone. This electromagnetic signal would pulse over the recording device head and onto the iron oxide laden tape which would create an embedded magnetic charge that could be played back at will. Metals such as iron and steel are considered to be ferrous metals, meaning that these are materials that can hold a magnetic charge. Rust, being a byproduct of iron and steel, is ferrous and becomes ferromagnetic when it is passed over the recording component of the tape recorder. As shown in the example of the tape recorder, rust, under the right conditions, can become magnetized when strong electromagnetic fields are applied to it. So now the Rust becomes capable of recording events and storing them much like a tape would for later release.
It is now easy to understand how rust can bear a magnetic “recording” charge much like iron, steel and any other ferrous metal from which it has come. The ability to be charged with magnetic, electromagnetic or bioelectric energies, such as those that are emanated by spirits, may cause areas and structures to have inherent energy recording properties and qualities that are similar to those that have quartz in them as identified in the Stone Tape Theory. Now, we'll mention again this isn't an original theory, it's one that has been shared around the world by many many paranormal groups, this typed theory is just a way for us to give our take on it.
Many people who read this note have experienced similar situations where natural elements remained a playing factor in their investigations. So we'll leave you to wonder this, is it possible that if your location was full of Quartz or another magnetic material, could it be storing everything you say near it? If you investigate your favorite location, are you investigating an imprint the stones record that you have left behind? We'd love to hear thoughts on this theory and the questions asked in it, please leave comments below and we'll respond to them as quickly as possible.
