INITIAL REPORT:
Date to be there: February 2, 2019, Saturday. Time to be there: 3pm. Address to be at: Roseville, Ca 95661. Type of Haunting: Incubus? Cleansing required after investigation.

Alaceo "Big Al" Rosatano provided the article below.  Could this be the reason that this apartment is haunted?  The incident happened very close to where we were investigating:

Jeanne Garcia has lived in this apartment for 8 years.  She has heard doors slamming, knocking sounds, etc.  Her boyfriend Renee Torres once had an entity that hovered over him and tried to take his breath away.  This phenomena is known as the Old Hag Syndrome.  For the last couple of years, paranormal activity has existed in this apartment.  A possibility on why this apartment is haunted is that the daughter may have played with a Ouija Board.  Is it possible that she may have opened up a portal in this apartment?  The daughter was once associated with a Wiccan culture that may have dabbled in the dark arts.  Renee has heard Jeanne talk in her sleep, but this may not have anything to do with the paranormal.  When Renee talks to Jeanne on the phone, he hears voices in the background.  Renee himself has had a 13 year old girl ghost follow him around.  When I arrived at the apartment, I utilized the bathroom and heard strange knockings in the bathroom, then everyone heard loud thuds in the house.  The knockings and thuds were very unusual.  Deanna picks up on a white skinned male with dark hair in the bedroom.  Wendy, Lisa and Deanna did a walk through of the apartment and felt heaviness and felt that the apartment is truly haunted.  Deanna, Wendy and Lisa all have psychic abilities.  

ROLL CALL:

We obtained one EVP in the back bedroom that sounded like the entity, a male was saying lord or whore or board.  Not sure what it was trying to communicate to us.  Deanna picks up on a female entity that seemed to be wearing a lamp shade, the female entity was a little girl.  Mike utilizes his spirit box and captures the following.  Mike asks are you an angel?  The entity says "axxhole".  Then we get the words: "you can even ask".  When Mike asks are you old?  The spirit box says "Latin".  Renee Torres once captured an EVP in this apartment that says "let me be un-hidden."  Renee captured this EVP in the back bedroom and played it for us.  Mike captures many EMF spikes and we capture orbs in our photos.  We capture another EVP and we debunked it, because it was actually coffee pouring through the filter.  The sound actually sounded like a full on mumbled sentence.  Xandean with his night vision goggles sees orbs all over the hot spot of the apartment.  The hot spot is the closet in Jeanne's bedroom.  Another hot spot is the daughter's room.  EVPs were captured in both hot spots.  Xandean heard some whispering in the closet.  Special Note:  You can hear the various EVPs at the videos above this article.

CONCLUSION:
We did not find any evidence of an incubus.  It does appear to be a male, or 2 males haunting the apartment.  Deanna conducted a metaphysical cleansing of the apartment.  I gave Jeanne a full submersion baptism, in case she has an attachment and completed a Roman Catholic house blessing on the apartment.  Wendy provided holy water from the River Jordan.  Special Note: The Jordan River or River Jordan is a 251-kilometre-long river in the Middle East that flows roughly north to south through the Sea of Galilee and on to the Dead Sea. Jordan and the Golan Heights border the river to the east, while the West Bank and Israel lie to its west.  Renee and Jeanne will become new paranormal investigators for HPI and they will let us know in later communications if the baptism and cleansings were successful.
