He has an Associate Degree in Criminology. In 1977, Roberts for one year was a firefighter with the California Division of Forestry. Firefighting was not his cup of tea.
Military Career:
Roberts from 1973 to 1976 served with the US Army's D.S.T. (Drug Suppression Team) C.I.D. (Criminal Investigation Division) in Germany, working undercover narcotics. From 1979 to 1986 Roberts served in the US Army's Military Intelligence. Working at PIC-K (Photo Interpretation Center in Korea). Roberts held a Top Secret S.B.I. (Special Background Investigation) clearance as an Intelligence Analyst, later receiving an H-Identifier with OPFOR (Opposing Forces), where Roberts playing a character that is a Russian Defector named Corporal Dowbowski. Roberts/Dowbowski wore a Soviet uniform, ski mask and trained elite troops like US Army's Special Forces, 101st Airborne, Air Force Special Operations, Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Delta Force, 82nd 'Screaming Eagles' Airborne, Marine Recon the Soviet Threat and W.E.F.T. (Wings, Engine, Fuselage, Tail section) in identifying Soviet aircraft.
Dancing Career:
Roberts from 1976 to 1979 became involved in professional dancing and was a dance instructor for Arthur Murrays. Roberts danced with Jeff Kutache's Dancing Machine in Lake Tahoe and Reno. Roberts appeared as an extra in movies like Rollerboogie and Skatetown USA. He later captured the Guinness Book of World Records for disco dancing 205 hours, in which Ripley's Believe it or Not featured him in a cartoon, which can be seen here:

Paranormal Investigator Career:
Roberts is the co-owner of HPI (Halo Paranormal Investigations). Roberts' wife Deanna Jaxine Stinson is the other co-owner of HPI.
Roberts in 2004 became a paranormal investigator and with over a thousand investigations under his belt and over a thousand paranormal articles he has written lead him to many documentaries. Of course, the story was misconstrued, where a few news agencies thought Deanna and I were already married and invented this ghost story, they did not realize that Deanna came to HPI as a client first, then we dated, fell in love and got married.
