The Dogon Tribe feel with this dance, they can connect to the gods aka the extraterrestrials that once visited them eons ago. With their dance, they even where masks and costumes that mimic the extraterrestrials that visited them.  If evidence is needed to prove that mankind was visited by extraterrestrials, the Dogon Tribe has one of the best pieces of evidence. The Dogon allegedly acquired knowledge of Sirius B, the white dwarf companion star of Sirius A, invisible to the naked eye. It would seem that if the Dogon Tribe had this knowledge and no technical capability in observing Sirius B, it would leave only one answer.  That answer would be that the only way that the Dogon could have obtained accurate information on Sirius B was by contact with an advanced civilization.

When I Was a Dancer

Yes, I held the Guinness Book of World Records in Disco Dancing for 205 hours (8 1/2 days) for a short period of time and was featured in Ripley's Believe it or Not.  When I danced those 8 1/2 days, my mind on the last hours went into an altered state.  I had moments in which I felt I could see into other realities.  On my 200th hour, I looked at the ceiling and saw a ceiling covered with disco balls.  The paramedic that was watching over me during this dance marathon said I was hallucinating.  But was I?  Was my eyes opened to seeing another reality?  On my 202nd hour, I saw open fields of strange plant life and a red sky.  In that red sky was 2 blue shining suns.  Did I hallucinate this sighting, or did my spiritual being step into an altered reality?  When Deanna does her dancing, she feels her spiritual being awakened and this is very beneficial for her psychic medium abilities.  As a former dancer, I can understand this.

The Viking Berserkers
The Berserkers drew their power from the bear and were devoted to the bear cult, which was once widespread across the northern hemisphere. The Berserkers maintained their religious observances despite their fighting prowess.  The Berserkers would go into a trance like state of mind and their movements would look like a dance.  The bodies of dead Berserkers were laid out in bearskins prior to their funeral rites.  In battle, the Berserkers were subject to fits of frenzy. They would howl like wild beasts, foam at the mouth, and gnaw the iron rim of their shields. According to belief, during these fits they were immune to steel and fire, and made great havoc in the ranks of the enemy. When the fever abated they were weak and tame. It was believed that when a Berserker reached a certain height during a Berserker dance, that they could shapeshift into a savage bear.  After a Berserker dance, the Berserker was ready for battle.

Gung Fu
My uncle Jose "Joe" Causing went to Bruce Lee Martial Arts School in Oakland, CA.  My uncle became a Gung Fu Master in the 12th degree.  My half brother Joe "Joseph" Soyo went to watch our uncle practice his Gung fu and when my half-brother described what my uncle was doing, my half-brother said it looked like a "dance".  I would understand this, most martial arts do look like a dance and again, it's a way for our bodies to be completely in tune to our minds, soul and the universe.  Dancing touches upon the quantum energy of the universe and brings us into a level towards achieving the status of homo superior.  Clearing the mind, strengthening the soul, connecting to the universe.  Dancing is not only a journey to enlightenment, it's also very healthy.  Dancing is actually more healthy than jogging, because you are working all of the muscles in your body.  When people ask me why Deanna is dancing at Sacramento Paranormal Help, there is a reason.  That reason is spiritual awakening and you heard it from a former dancer.
