In 1976, I lived on X Street and 15th Street.  I lived in an old apartment complex.  Little did I know that at one time the SLA (Symbionese Liberation Party) that kidnapped Patty Hearst was also holed up on X Street.  Downtown Sacramento has a lot of history.  In fact it is said that the on ramp to San Francisco which was directly in front of my apartment, a ghostly woman hitchhiker is sometimes seen.  The theory on why she is there, is because that is where she was picked up at and then later murdered.  The X Street On Ramp Ghost Girl is more or less a residual effect and her energy still manifests at this site.  When she was hitchhiking, she probably felt fear and that fear is strong residual energy that remains at this on ramp.

When living on X Street, my neighbor at the time, an old lady in her 70s named Betty told me that her great grandmother told her that an outlaw by the name of Charlie "Dutch Charley" Burns would visit his prostitute girlfriend Shady Sally at P Street and 16th Street.  The reason why Betty's great grandmother knew about this is because Dutch Charley would also flirt with Betty's great grandmother.  Betty told me that she was a psychic and would see the ghostly outline of Dutch Charley walking around P Street near 16th Street.  A woman by the name of Michelle Louise Banta who lived near the area, said that one time walking back to her apartment, she was confronted by a ghostly cowboy and the ghostly cowboy squeezed her behind.  Michelle was terrified on what happened and ran back to her apartment.  Michelle may have encountered Dutch Charley.

Leon Carter of Lodi was taking pictures in the downtown area near P Street / 16th Street during dusk and he saw the ghostly outline of a ghostly cowboy embracing a woman in a large flowing blue dress.  The image lasted for about 1 minute, he snapped a photo and the only thing he captured in his photo was 2 orbs next to each other.  Could he have seen Dutch Charley and Shady Sally embracing?

So, I thought I would check it out for myself.  The date is 3/28/2021 Sunday.  Deanna Jaxine Stinson, Psychic Medium and myself explored this area.  I captured an EVP in which was a male's voice that said..."I live here".  Deanna was able to point out ghostly activity in the area.  Deanna didn't point out the ghost of Dutch Charley or Shady Sally, but was able to see other ghostly figures moving about.  Deanna confirms that this area is paranormal active.  Whenever you visit a place that has a lot of history, you are most likely will run into some kind of paranormal activity.
