9/20/2024: Nice day today to do some tree limb trimming with my new power saw. As I was able to get rid of some of the smaller branches, I was struggling with the larger thick branches that have now grown on top of my roof. If I don't get these branches cleared off my roof, it could lead to problems in the future. As I was getting tired holding this saw, I was saved by the ring of my paranormal hotline cell phone. On the other end is a lady named Tanya and she is having a paranormal problem. Tanya tells me that on 6 different occasions, she has seen a pair of red eyes staring at her from the first-floor living room window, while she is watching TV. The first-floor window stands about 2 feet from the ground. Tanya thought perhaps it was an animal like a dog, cat, opossum, raccoon, etc. Tanya's husband Chet has seen the red eyes two times and also at the time, thought it was some kind of animal staring at them. Whenever they saw the red eyes, they would run to the front door and discover that there was no animal out there. Tanya and Chet just brushed it off thinking that the animal was very quick.

Tanya says that the reason she is calling me, is that the red eyes have now appeared in her living room closet and underneath her coffee table. The red eyes will appear and quickly disappear. Tanya has no explanation on why this is happening. Tanya was wondering if I could bless her home. Tanya and her husband Chet live in the town of Galt, which is about 30 minutes from Elk Grove, where I live. Wish Fire aka Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I, decided to take a break from the yard work and head over to Tanya's home.

As we arrived, Tanya had made coffee and homemade chocolate chip cookies. As I was eating my cookie and sipping my coffee, Tanya explains the appearance of the Red Eyes. Tanya says that seeing the red eyes in the house, has scared her and her husband Chet. I asked Tanya if she dabbles in the dark arts, played with a Ouija Board, tarot cards, etc. Tanya says no. I then asked Tanya if she has brought home any antiques or used items in her house. The only thing that Tanya could think of is that she and her husband were visiting relatives in New York. Chet's relatives took them on a nice excursion to Boldt Castle on Heart Island in New York. Boldt Castle was built in 1900 by multi-millionaire hotel manager George Boldt for his wife Louise. Louise died in 1904, and George had the construction stopped. George dedicated the castle to his wife Louise. Visitors to the castle hear dainty footsteps on the long corridors of the castle. Visitors believe that this is the ghost of Louise. Tanya claims that she saw a female shaped shadow move from one room to another room. When night falls, people have seen the uppermost windows light up. Legend has it that this is Louise inspecting the renovations of the castle. Tanya loved the castle and as a souvenir took a small stone from the castle.

THE INVESTIGATION:
I did an EVP sweep of the home and managed to get an EVP of what sounded like a woman whistling in the distance. Wish Fire walked around and got an impression of a mischievous animal spirit hiding in the house. Wish Fire felt that the stone from the castle has to do with the haunting. I told Tanya to mail back the stone as soon as possible. I conducted a Roman Catholic house blessing of the home and blessed the stone. My prayer to the angels is that the stone would be returned and Tanya standing next to me, apologized for taking the stone. I had Tanya place the stone outside of her home and she promised me that she would mail out the stone tomorrow. When Tanya and I, walked back into the home, we felt a sharp breeze by the back door heading out into the backyard. I only could wonder if this was "Red Eyes"? I will keep in touch with Tanya and Chet and see if "Red Eyes" is truly gone. CASE PENDING.
