| we lived in an old house beside the Annie Hogan Building at Tusculum College between 1990 and 1993. The master bedroom was always ice cold no matter what time of year. Also, when you were in the living room under the master bedroom, you could hear someone walking around. My children which were very young at the time (1st grade and under) told us about a woman in a long flowing white dress that walked the hallway upstairs. We never had a problem with her nor were the children ever scared of her. My daughter told me she saw the woman standing over her bed. I believe the house is part of the college now.
