Then Came Bronson
When I was a young boy going to Fremont Junior High School in Seaside, CA, I remember a day that all of the kids were excited, because at a local gas station they were filming “Then Came Bronson”. More Information here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Then_Came_Bronson I remember walking over to the gas station with several of the other kids and watching Michael Parks on his motorcycle being filmed for a segment of his hit TV show.

Pink Cadillac
The next filming that I witnessed was Pink Cadillac in downtown Sacramento. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_Cadillac_(film) Not only did I see the Pink Cadillac, I also saw the very tall Clint Eastwood.

True Lies
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/True_Lies
I was staying at the Mayfair Hotel in Los Angeles, during my days with the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services during the Northridge Earthquake. While at this hotel, I watched them film True Lies. The stuntman was riding a horse through the lobby and the horse fell and skidded on the floor. The skin off the horse peeled off from the fall. I was disgusted seeing this. A horse on this film was harmed. While watching the filming, I saw Arnold Schwarzenegger. Later Linda Hamilton stopped by to watch the shoot. I met Arnold Schwarzenegger 4 more times when I worked for the Secretary of State and Arnold was governor. I shook Arnold’s hand on my first meeting with him and on the 2nd time I ran into him, he was with 2 security guards and stared right at me.

Cops
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cops_(TV_program)
When the TV show Cops was in Stockton, I ran into the film crew, as they were inside a police car and the officer was pulling somebody over.

Gone But Not Forgotten

I watched them film this movie in Sacramento. The film crew had Kendra Larry, Jeff Clifford and myself sit at an outdoor table and pretend we were drinking coffee. Kendra, Jeff and I, were going to be extras, but unfortunately they cut that scene. I did see Brooke Shields and Lou Diamond Philips in downtown Sacramento.

PJ: Heaven’s Messenger

I was invited to the premiere showing of this movie, since I was friends with Howard Nash the producer. The premiere was in Los Angeles and I brought along Shannon McCabe and one other HPI paranormal investigator. I ran into John Heard and Vincent Pastore. I had a nice conversation with John Heard.

And that is another example of how Hollywood has touched my life…..
